파트1) Read a text aloud

주어진 문장/지문 읽기 / 자신있게, 최대한 억양/강세 등 유창해보이게 읽어보자.

1. 마침표(.), 물음표(?), 느낌표(!) 뒤 

문장이 끝나면 1~1.5초 정도 확실히 쉬어주세요.

"나는 다음 문장을 읽을 준비가 되었다"는 인상을 주는 것이 중요

예시: Thank you for calling our office. (쉬고) We are closed right now.

2. 콤마(,) 뒤

문장 중간에 콤마가 있다면 숨을 살짝 고르세요. 마침표보다는 짧게, 약 0.5초 정도 쉬어갑니다.

예시: If you have any questions, (살짝 쉬고) please leave a message.

3. 나열 구조 (A, B, and C) ★가장 중요★

나열할 때는 단어 사이를 끊어 읽으면서 억양을 조절해야 합니다.

• A(↗), B(↗), and C(↘)

예시: We serve coffee, (쉬고/올리고) tea, (쉬고/올리고) and dessert. (마무리/내리고)

4. 접속사(but, because, and, so) 앞

문장이 너무 길어질 때는 접속사 직전에서 끊어 읽으면 의미 전달이 더 잘 됩니다.

예시: I like this restaurant (쉬고) because the food is great.

5. 긴 주어 뒤 (주어 + 동사 사이)

주어가 3~4단어 이상으로 길어지면 주어 다음에 한 번 끊어주세요.

예시: The most popular tourist attraction in Seoul (쉬고) is N Seoul Tower.

파트2) 사진 묘사

생각보다 연습하면서 느낀 건 시간이 넉넉하지 않다

1) 장소 2) 사진 위치별로 상태 파악 3) 거기에 있는 사람 혹은 사물 묘사를 하면 대부분 끝이 난다.

1. 시작은 장소 묘사

예시: This Picture was taken at a Park / on a Street / 모르겠으면 Outdoor / Indoor

 

2. 사진 위치 별 (Left -> Middle -> Right)

예시: On the left side of the Picture ~  / In middle of the Picture / On right side of the Picture

 

3. 사람 묘사하기

인원 

예시: "There are [Number] people in this picture."

 

 

특정 사람 입고 있는 옷(색상) is 행동

예시: A man wearing a blue shirt is looking at a monitor."

 

 

진짜 마지막 할 말 없을 때

파트3)

시계토끼 제니쌤의 의문사 만능 템플릿을 사용하자!

 

1. 의문사 만능패턴

When was the last time ~  언제 가장 해본적이 있는지?

예시: The last time I was ~  + yesterday / two weeks ago / last year

 

How Often / frequently ~ 얼마나 자주 ~ 해봤나요?

예시: I ~ + almost Every day / twice a week / once in a while 와같은 빈도표현 쓰기 

 

Where do usually buy / purchase ~

예시: I usually buy ~ on the internet / at a shopping mall

 

2. 의문사 만능 패턴이 아닐 때 

What / do you ~ 가 있으면 주어는 나로 바꾸고 동사 그대로 읽고 최대한 답변하기 

3. 문제의 7번

준비시간은 3초 밖에 되지 않은데 발화량은 많은 최악의 문제

답변구조는 템플릿대로 가보자

파트4) 표를 보고 답변

표가 스크린에 띄워진 상태에서 전화가 와서 물어보는 형태의 문제

첫번째는 주로 일정/스케쥴이 언제인지를 물어본다.

두번째는 해당 일정/요금이 맞는지 등을 확인한다.

세번째는 여러 개 복수(몇 개의 세션이 있는지) 혹은 어떤 걸 듣고 싶은데 뭐가 있는지 확인한다.

 

1. 주제 is Will be held on 날짜 at 시간 

2. No, I'm afraid that you have the wrong information, Actually ~

 

3. 중복이 겹치는 것들을 미리 찾아두고 There are [Number] sessions/events. First  ~ , Next ~ , Finally ~  there is 일정, on 주제 by 사람

파트5) 

대망의 파트5 11번 마지막 문제이다.

나오는 유형들은 정해져 있는 듯 하다 (디테일이 다를 수 있다.)

이것에 대해 동의/비동의를 질문하거나 주제에 대해 어떻게 생각하는지를 질문하고 답한다.

답변 시간이 1분이나 되기 때문에 부족한 어휘력을 최대한 채울 게 필요로 하다.

 

무엇이 됐든 공통 구조를 사용해본다.

일단 동의한다라는 식으로 하고, 이유가 여러 개 있다 혹은 이유말해줄게 브릿지로 사용

Most of all (무엇보다도), 이유 제시 / 근거는 내 경험에 의하면, 이렇게 하니 도움이 되었다. (it was very helpful for me) 

Also 두번째 이유는 According to recent a news report, a majority of 사람 said that ~, prefre ~ 

마무리 Therefore 서론과 비슷하게 정리

1. 서론 (10초)

"I agree with the statement that [주제] is a good idea." (저는 [주제]가 좋은 생각이라는 점에 동의합니다.)
I have a few reasons / Let me explain why I think so.

2. 본론 1: 가장 큰 이유 + 내 경험 (30초) 메인

"Most of all, [이유 1: it is efficient / it relieves stress]." (무엇보다도, [이유 1]입니다.)

"From my experience, when I was a student (or working), I [과거 행동]. It was very helpful for me to [결과]." (제 경험상, 제가 학생/직장인 때 ~했습니다. 그것은 ~하는 데 큰 도움이 되었습니다.)

3. 본론 2: 뉴스/통계 근거 (15초) 서브

"Also, according to a recent news report, a majority of people prefer this way." (또한, 최근 뉴스 보도에 따르면, 대다수의 사람들이 이 방식을 선호한다고 합니다.)

(시간이 남으면 추가) "It said that it has a positive effect on [efficiency / health]." (뉴스에서 말하길 그것이 [효율성/건강]에 긍정적인 영향을 준다고 합니다.)

4. 결론 (5초)

"Therefore, I think this is a good idea." (그러므로, 저는 이것이 좋은 생각이라고 봅니다.)

1. 직장 / 학교 (효율적 / 성공) 관련 의견 질문 - keypoint : efficent

I think  ~ because it is more efficient

From my experience, I ~ 했다. i can finished my project quickly So I can save time and energy.
Alos according to recent news report, a majority of people said that more efficient.

2. 스트레스, 건강, 여가 동의/비동의- keypoint : it helps people relive stress, makes the happy and helathy

i agree with the statement that ~ is important.
most of all, it helps people relive stress. 
These day, people serve a lot of stress from work/school. So they need time to recharge their betteries.
Alos It makes the happy and helathy.
From my experience, When i did ~, I felt refresh and happy.

핵심 논리: 동기 부여를 한다 / 실수를 줄인다

I agree with the statement that communication is the most important for a leader.

Most of all, it helps to motivate the team members.
From my experience, when my manager talked with me often, I could work with high energy.
